Payments made by credit card will incur a fee equal to 1.5% of the transaction total for Visa and MasterCard, and 1.9% of the transaction total for American Express. A valid Driver's License, Proof of Age Card, or Passport will be required to check-in. A Pre-Authorisation for the amount up to $250 per room will be taken on the day of check in as a security bond on the room and to guarantee any incidentals. Please note we are a cash free venue and do not accept cash payments for the room or security bond.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 2pm the day prior to arrival will not result in a cancellation penalty.
