Deposit / Payment Policy
Your credit card serves as a guarantee for your reservation and will be used to secure your accommodation charges 24 hours prior to arrival. Payments made by credit card will incur a fee equal to 1.5% of the transaction total for Visa and MasterCard, and 1.9% of the transaction total for American Express. A valid Driver's License, Proof of Age Card, or Passport will be required to check-in. Please note we are a cash free venue and do not accept cash payments for the room or security bond.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 2pm the day prior to arrival will not result in a cancellation penalty. Cancellations made after 2pm the day prior to arrival and No-Shows will result in your credit card being charged 1 night's accommodation charge. This Policy doesn't apply to Advance Purchase bookings as they have a Non-cancellation/ Non-refundable / Non Transferrable policy.
